The global pandemic of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to present new challenges for our business each day. I would like to share with you what Apromo Trading is doing to support all of our customers, employees and the community.
We are respecting social-distancing measures.
We have adopted new policies to support the Australian Governments social-distancing advice. We have requested that our team no longer proceed with any hand shaking upon greeting and to maintain a safe 1.5m, distance at all times where practical to do so. Where face to face meetings are not an option at this time, our team are happy to work with you over the phone or via video call, using methods such as Facetime and Skype.
We are protecting anyone who visits or works in our facilities.
As a premium food supplier we already maintain very high standards at our own facilities. However, as a precautionary measure and to comply with the new rules and regulations, we have implemented some important measures at both our Rhodes (NSW) and Sunshine West (VIC) facilities.
Our staff have all been briefed on recommended personal hygiene practices. Hand sanitiser is available at all of our facilities. Our delivery drivers have been provided with hand wipes as a further precautionary measure.
Implications to overseas production.
Apromo Trading is working with our suppliers and sea freight agents to ensure ongoing delivery of all products. European ports remain open at this time and our consolidation hub in Antwerp, Belgium remains open. We are monitoring the “European cross border situation” carefully and are working as hard as possible to ensure all our goods remain available. We do however expect some challenges with shipping container availability and this alone may present a further challenge.

Support to Customers
Apromo Trading is offering an extra 5% discount off invoice for payment of goods prior to delivery (prepayment). This voluntary payment is only accepted by credit card and must be arranged with customer service staff prior to invoicing and delivery of your order. This offer is extended to existing customers that currently have payment terms of 7 days or greater and is based on our standard wholesale prices. The order limit for this offer is to a maximum of $5,000 per order.
